It’s going to be “Viva Las Vegas” for Maroon 5. The band – Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, James Valentine, Matt Flynn, PJ Morton, and Sam Farrar – announced on Tuesday (Sept. 27) that they will headline a new Las Vegas residency at the Dolby Live at Park MGM. “M5LV The Residency” will take place in the spring and summer of 2023, with dates in March (24, 25, 29, and 31), April (1, 5, 7, and 8), July (28 and 29) and August (2, 4, 5, 9, 11, and 12). Tickets for the 16-date residency go on sale at 10 am PT on Oct. 3, with pre-sales starting on Sept. 28. The experience will be “be custom-designed for Dolby Live, giving fans an intimate concert experience in the 5,200-seat entertainment venue,” according to a press release.

For Adam, 43, the news comes at a time when he’s in the headline due to allegations that he cheated on his pregnant wife Behati Prinsloo by having an affair with model Sumner Stroh. The allegations began on Sept. 19 after Sumner claimed she was “having an affair with a man who was married to a Victoria’s Secret model. At the time, you know, I was young, I was naive and I mean quite frankly, I feel exploited.” She claimed that she and Adam had an affair that lasted throughout 2021, but he popped into her DMs in June to ask if she would mind if he named his unborn child after her. Amid the allegations, Adam admitted to having “inappropriate” chats with Sumner but claimed that he “did not have an affair.”

“I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family,” he said in his statement. “My wife and family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it, and we will get through it together.”

In the wake of this scandal, Adam has faced more allegations of “inappropriate” texts from additional women, and his comment from a 2009 Cosmopolitan interview has come back to haunt him. “Instinctively, monogamy is not in our genetic makeup,” he said. “People cheat. I have cheated. And you know what? There is nothing worse than the feeling of doing it.”

Following this scandal, Behati, 34, hasn’t decided to end the marriage – for now. “Adam knows how close he came to losing everything and he is so incredibly thankful that she has not run away from him over this,” a source told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “He loves Behati and his kids so much and he has been a nervous wreck these past couple of days because the thought of losing his family is unbearable to him.”
